About the Service
Balapan creates personalized illustrated fairy tales using AI. The result is an e-book, an online reader, and a PDF. Printing, delivery of paper books, and subscriptions are not currently offered.
Who can use
An account must be created by an adult user. Child's data and photos may be provided by a parent or legal guardian. Do not upload other people's photos without the necessary rights and permissions.
Book creation
Check the name, age, language, genre, and hero description before submitting. You can use photos or a text description. Generation runs in the background; status is available in the order and library. The timeframe depends on the availability of external AI services. Automatic retries are possible in case of failure.
AI Features
AI may make factual, linguistic, and visual errors. Exact facial resemblance, uniqueness of every detail, and the absence of similar results for other users are not guaranteed. An adult should check the content before reading with a child. Report inappropriate content to support with the order number.
Material Rights
You retain rights to materials you upload. You allow their use for fulfilling your order and necessary technical processing. The finished book can be used for personal and family reading. The service does not promise exclusive copyrights for AI results; third-party rights are retained.
Public Catalog
Book publication is a separate action with separate consent. The text, illustrations, and hero's name within the story become public. Original photos, dedications, and account data are not included in the catalog. To unpublish, contact the administrator; copies saved by other readers cannot be technically recalled.
Permitted Use
Illegal materials, sexualized images of children, threats, discrimination, infringement of others' rights, and attempts to interfere with the service's operation are prohibited. Access may be restricted to protect users and the service; this does not negate mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and Inquiries
The document version is indicated on the page. New terms do not retroactively change an already fulfilled order. Disputed issues can be directed to the owner's contacts. These terms do not exclude rights and remedies provided by applicable law.
