Payment, cancellation, and refund

Payment
The price and currency are shown when placing an order. Pay only using the method provided by the service. Payment status is displayed on the order page. Do not include passwords or bank card details in character descriptions, dedications or support requests.
Order Cancellation
While an order is awaiting confirmation, it can be canceled using the button on the order page. Generation that has started does not automatically stop if the page is closed. For questions about an already running order, please contact the administrator.
Errors and Quality
If the book is not created, unavailable, or contains significant errors, please provide the order number and a description of the problem. Do not send your password, full card number, or unnecessary child data. The administrator will check the status and suggest an available solution.
Refund for Paid Order
Under the service policy, a confirmed payment is refundable only when a technical failure leaves the book incomplete and completing it is impossible. If generation can be restored, work on the book continues. Contact the administrator with your order number for review. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
