Cookies and Technical Data

What cookies are for
The site uses essential cookies for sign-in, form protection, language preferences and active visitor counts. Advertising cookies are not used.
Session and Security
sessionid links the browser to the account session; csrftoken protects form submissions. The standard session duration is two weeks, the CSRF cookie up to one year; logging out terminates the current authorized session. You can delete cookies in your browser, after which you will need to log in again.
Language and Visits
balapan_language stores the selected language for one year. balapan_visitor contains a random browser ID for up to one day. Tracking recent activity allows us to show the number of online visitors. After logging in, activity is linked to the account; records are deleted after one day of inactivity.
Country Determination
If a language has not yet been selected and country detection is enabled, the IP may be sent to country.is for language selection. Precise device geolocation is not requested. User language selection takes precedence. Web server technical logs may contain IP, time, and request address.
Browser Settings
You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login and form submissions. Browser settings do not replace a request to delete an account and server data.
