Processing of child's data and photos

What data is needed
For an order, the hero's name, age, chosen gender, language, genre, character description, dedication, and, if you choose, one or two photos are used. You can create a fairy tale without a photo. Do not provide the child's address, school, documents, or medical information.
Purpose and Recipients
Data is used for generating text, illustrations, PDF, saving the book, and supporting the order. Text parameters are passed to the text model via OpenRouter, and photos to the image model. Processing by external providers may occur outside your country. Current models can be clarified with the administrator.
Storage
Original photos are stored privately and automatically deleted after the set period, except for active orders. The period is specified in the privacy policy. Copies for different orders are stored separately. Deleting photos does not automatically delete finished illustrations, the book, or backups.
Your Choice
By submitting the form, you confirm the necessary authority and processing choices for book creation. Publication and withdrawal for public access require separate consent. Permission to create a book is not permission for advertising or training Balapan's own model.
Review and Removal
Saved photos can be deleted in the profile if they are not used by an active order. To withdraw consent, delete an account, a completed book, or unpublish, contact the owner via the contact page. Processing already performed cannot be retroactively undone; further storage may be retained to the extent required by law. Do not provide new photos for identity verification without a separate, justified need.
